- Transcript of Conference Call Regarding ED's Model Program Grant
Competition -

On April 9, 2008, the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Safe and
Drug-Free Schools sponsored a national technical assistance conference
call for potential applicants of the Models of Exemplary, Effective, and
Promising Alcohol or Other Drug Abuse Prevention Programs on College
Campuses Grant Competition. Topics discussed during the call included
the absolute priority, definitions of the levels of recognition,
application requirements, selection criteria, tips for developing and
organizing a proposal, and an overview of the peer review process. The
application transmittal deadline is May 19, 2008.
