The Notice of Final Priority, Definitions, Requirements, and Selection
Criteria for the U.S. Department of Education's Grant Competition:
Models of Exemplary, Effective, and Promising Alcohol or Other Drug
Abuse Prevention Programs on College Campuses was published in the
Federal Register April 1, 2008:

The Notice Inviting Applications for the U.S. Department of Education's
Grant Competition: Models of Exemplary, Effective, and Promising Alcohol
or Other Drug Abuse Prevention Programs on College Campuses, was also
published on April 1, 2008, in the Federal Register:
