The Higher Education Center is pleased to make the following
announcements:

1) HEC/NEWS HIATUS

Dear HEC/News Subscribers:

The Higher Education Center's HEC/News service will be not be sent on
Friday of this week (October 19th), as Center staff will be in Omaha, NE
for the U.S. Department of Education's National Meeting on Alcohol and
Other Drug and Violence Prevention in Higher Education. Additionally,
Campus Press Watch and Incidents will be sent on Monday, October 22nd,
when regular service resumes.

We look forward to seeing many of you in Omaha!
