Oxford officials may change drinking laws

"Officials are considering changing the city's alcohol ordinance to hold
businesses responsible for the underage drinking that is common in this
college town..."
"If Oxford's proposed ordinance changes are enacted, a business that
violates the ordinance will lose its beer and light wine privilege
license for two weeks and be on probation for a year. A second violation
will draw a three-week license suspension and a second year of
probation, and a third violation will require license revocation for at
least two years..."
