HEC/Alert: ED grant submission date correction

On December 22, 2006, a notice inviting applications for the U.S.
Department of Education's Grant Competition to Prevent High-Risk
Drinking or Violent Behavior Among College Students was published in the
Federal Register. That notice incorrectly indicated a deadline date of
February 5, 2007, for transmittal of applications. THE CORRECT DATE IS
FEBRUARY 20, 2007. A notice announcing this correction will be published
in the Federal Register on January 9, 2007.
