Alert: The annual Circle City Classic
(www.circlecityclassic.com/default.asp) has absorbed virtually all of
the downtown Indianapolis hotel inventory for the night of Saturday,
October 1, and the limited Westin guestroom block we contracted for
early National Meeting arrivals is now fully reserved. However, we are
aware of availability at the Hyatt Indianapolis
(http://indianapolis.hyatt.com/property/index.jhtml and 800-633-7313),
but not at the National Meeting special rate, and at several properties
adjacent to Indianapolis International Airport via Hotwire
(www.hotwire.com), at various rates.
