You may want to point out that Section 25664 of the Business and Professional Code of California states that "The use in any advertisement of alcoholic beverages of any subject matter, language, or slogan addressed to and intended to encourage minors to drink the alcoholic beverages is prohibited." Given that milk drinkers can be argued to include a whole lot of minors, this ad is intended to encourage minors to drink alcoholic beverages. Therefore it is illegal. Though maybe their ad includes a disclaimer. I haven't really looked at one recently.
