Tom - I can appreciate your dilemma given the stats you share regarding the
availability of resources in your community. I am not a fan of charging
$200 for the professional services you mention. I would rather that the
institution dedicate some/most/all the fines it collects via AOD violations
be dedicated to providing for the adjunct counselor you suggest.

Michigan and possibly able to brain storm some additional options. In
addition, I believe Lenny may have held your position years ago and if so,
have suggestions or contacts in your community.
