Although the term "substance-free housing" can be the kiss of death to such
programs on campus, I write to ask the list for 1) comments on how you have
marketed such housing at your institutions so as to approach full
occupancy, and 2) any details about how you have managed such facilities,
e.g., special programming, perks, etc.
