Hello listmembers. . .
We are in the process of conducting focus groups with college students to
test out our new FACTS ON TAP brochures (see www.factsontap.org for more
info on Facts on Tap). In order to get a geographically diverse sample, we
have selected colleges from around the country to participate in the focus
groups. However, we do not have a New England College. Are there any
colleges in MA, NH, RI, VT, ME, or CT who would be willing to participate?
If you are considering it, here are the details ~ We're looking for 10-15
students to be available on Wednesday August 29th for about an hour and a
half. The students will review two awareness brochures (one on drugs, one
on commuter students) and be asked for their comments, suggestions, and
criticisms. We will travel to your school and will provide lunch and all
other fees involved (room rental, etc.).
I know this is a busy time for all of you, but this is a great opportunity
to have peer educators feel empowered, for students in recovery to impact
other students' experiences, or for any student to make a difference.
