I am currently trying to implement a comprehensive drug education and
an intensive outpatient program within an alternative high school.
Has anyone been involved in developing anything like this? And, if
so, what programs did you use as models? How did you accumulate your
funding?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since this is out of my
