    Robert - Consumer Credit Counseling Centers assist folks with debt-
    depending on the type. Most credit card stuff is okay - big stuff like
    federal loan default or IRS stuff may be out of their league. Some
    lawyers will charge a nominal fee for a consult ( I may have a name in
    Philly for you). Otherwise, GA has a component in their recovery program
    where they help revoring gamblers restrucuture and begin to pay off
    their debts. Someone from Gamblers Anonymous or from the state council
    on compulsive gambling can help with that!!
