Greetings! After several months of building collaborative
relationships with people throughout the campus community, I have
sensed a readiness for the development of an alcohol task force. I
would greatly value feedback from those of you at colleges and
universities who have successfully established such a coalition. I
am in the process of examining the logistics. The main questions
    that I have are:

    1. Have you taken a "Town & Gown" approach to your campus
Task Force, or have you framed that as a separate initiative?

    2. How many members are there on the Task Force (i.e. how do
you avoid the group being too small or too large to avoid
    ineffectiveness)?

    3. What groups, organizations, etc. are represented by your Task
    Force members?

In advance, thank you for your time and consideration!
