    Peter,
    I'm writing not to add anything to your list of resources, but to ask if
    you'd mind keeping me up on what material you have collected on
    student-athletes, particularly if it is something easily disseminated. We
    get requests for just such material and would love to direct folks to
    another source.
    Thanx!

    Subject: population-specific alcohol programs on campus

    Hello everyone,

    As part of a major project I'm working on for the *Alcohol Issues &
    Solutions* newsletter, I'm looking for leads on alcohol
    education/prevention/intervention programs geared at various "special
    populations" among the college student set. I've been having difficulty
    locating programs geared SPECIFICALLY toward the following populations:

    * international students
    * student leaders (other than those from Greek organizations -- that's its
    own category)
    * commuter students
    * residence hall students

    If any of you have alcohol education/prevention/intervention programs geared
    specifically toward one of these special populations -- or if you know of
    others who do -- I'd really appreciate hearing from you. I'd be glad to
    repost to the list the responses I receive.

    FYI ... this project also will cover four other special populations. I
    already have a good deal of information on these populations, but if you'd
    like to add something that would be great. These populations are:

    * student athletes
    * first-year students
    * fraternity and sorority students (Greeks)
    * college students who are about to turn 21 (the legal drinking age)

    Thanks in advance for any leads you can send my way. :-)

    Pax,
